Help! How do Gift Cards work?

This guide will show you how to purchase and redeem gift cards for yourself, or to give as gifts to your friends and loved ones.

Purchasing

Visit our online shop, and select gift card. Next, you’ll need to select the amount via the pull-down menu.

Sending

Yay! You can send our gift cards to your friends and loved ones, or you can purchase a gift card for yourself.

1. If you are sending your gift card to someone else, simply select Email to the Recipient, where you’ll need to put in the following information - Name, Email, Message and Sender Name.

2. If you are giving your gift card to yourself, or would like the gift card to be a surprise, select Email to You and add your own details in the Recipient Name, Message and Sender Name. You’ll recieve an email with all of the gift card details. You can print this out and add to a birthday card!

Finally, complete your checkout as usual. After the purchase is complete, your gift card will be delivered to the chosen email address.

Redeeming a Gift Card

After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. They can apply the gift card to any physical, downloadable or service product.

Gift cards apply to the order total. If the total exceeds the gift card value, the recipient will need to pay the remaining amount using their credit card.

At checkout, the gift card number will need to be entered into the “Gift or Discount Code” area.
