3. Next, you will be asked to enter your details. Underneath the sign-in button, click Forgot Password?

 

4. You will be asked to enter your email address to reset the password. Please do this carefully and make sure your email address is correct and that it’s the same address you used to create your account.

 

5. You will automatically receive an email that looks like this, with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, please check in your spam, junk and promotions folders. If it is not there, repeat step 4 and make sure your email is spelled correctly and that it’s the same address you used to create your account.

 

6. Next you will be asked to reset your password. Please write down or save your password safely.
